From collecting my gorgeous mother from her home, to planning the funeral and then the day itself - they showed nothing but care and respect and tenderness. For a time that is rife with grief and sadness, they take the pain away from planning a funeral so you can focus on getting through it all. And they both do it with such kindness and insatiable wit (Ada might be the funniest person I know). Professional, detailed and so in tune with what everyone needs - they are the best in the business. I didn't know who I wanted to take care of Mum's celebration of life and what won me over about Silver Dove was the reviews - that's why I wanted to add one.
